Privacy policy.
Plainly: to send you a print I need your name and address, and Stripe needs to take the payment. That is the whole of it. Here is the detail.

Who runs this site
- 7th ART is a sole proprietorship registered in Alberta, Canada, operated by Jorge Saragoça.
- All correspondence goes to hello@7thartstudio.com, or WhatsApp on +1 587 487 4642.
- There is no company behind this. One person makes the work, answers the messages and packs the orders.

What is collected when you order
- Your name, email address and delivery address, because a print cannot be sent anywhere without them.
- What you ordered, the size, and the amount paid.
- Nothing else. No date of birth, no demographics, no profiling.

Card details are never seen
- Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. You are taken to Stripe's own secure checkout to pay.
- Card numbers never reach this website and are never stored here. 7th ART only ever sees that a payment succeeded and for how much.
- Stripe keeps its own records as the payment processor, under its own privacy policy.

Who your address is shared with
- Prints are made to order by a print and fulfilment partner, who receives your name and delivery address so the parcel can be produced and posted.
- The courier carrying the parcel receives the same delivery details.
- That is the entire list. Your information is never sold, rented, traded or shared with advertisers.

If you join the email list
- Only your email address is stored, and only if you type it in yourself.
- It is used to tell you when new work is released. Nothing else.
- Every message has an unsubscribe link, and you can also simply reply and ask to be removed.

Cookies and measurement
- This site does not run advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you.
- Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages, which are necessary to process a payment securely.
- Basic traffic measurement records which pages are visited. It is not tied to your name or your order.

How long information is kept
- Order records are kept for seven years, because Canadian tax law requires it.
- Email list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.
- Nothing is kept longer than it needs to be.

Your rights
- Write to hello@7thartstudio.com and ask what is held about you, and it will be sent to you.
- Ask for it to be corrected, and it will be corrected.
- Ask for it to be deleted, and it will be deleted, except for order records that tax law requires be kept.
- You will get an answer from a person, usually within a few days.
