Art prints

Terms of sale.

What you are buying, what it costs, and what happens if anything goes wrong. Written plainly, because nobody should need a lawyer to buy a picture.

Who you are buying from

  • 7th ART is a sole proprietorship registered in Alberta, Canada, operated by Jorge Saragoça.
  • Every message reaches one person. Email hello@7thartstudio.com or WhatsApp +1 587 487 4642.
  • These terms apply to art prints and canvases. Book cover commissions have their own separate terms.

Prices and currency

  • All prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping unless the page says otherwise.
  • The price shown on the artwork page is the price you pay. There are no handling fees added at checkout.
  • Import duties or local taxes, where a country charges them, are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by 7th ART.

Payment

  • Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe's own secure checkout. Card details never reach this website.
  • Your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment, and you receive a receipt by email.
  • If a payment fails, nothing is produced and nothing is charged.

What you are buying

  • Every artwork in the collection is an open edition poster at 24 × 36 in, printed to order and not numbered or limited.
  • Canvas in any size is quoted separately, on the wall it is going on.
  • You are buying a physical printed artwork. No copyright, reproduction right or commercial licence transfers with it.

Colour and how it looks

  • Every screen renders colour differently. Small variation between what you see on your monitor or phone and the printed piece is normal.
  • Sizes are given in inches and are the trimmed dimensions of the print, before any framing.
  • If the difference is more than reasonable variation, that is a fault and is covered below.

Cancelling an order

  • Prints are made after you order, so there is a short window before production starts.
  • Write to hello@7thartstudio.com as soon as possible. If production has not begun, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
  • Once a print has entered production it cannot be cancelled, because it was made specifically for you.

If something arrives wrong

  • Damaged in transit, printed incorrectly, or the wrong item: a replacement is sent at no cost to you.
  • Send a photograph of the problem and the packaging within thirty days of delivery.
  • If a replacement is not possible, the order is refunded in full to the original payment method.
  • Full detail is on the shipping and returns page.

Copyright

  • The artworks are original compositions by Jorge Saragoça and remain his property.
  • Buying a print gives you the right to own, display and enjoy that physical piece.
  • It does not give the right to reproduce, resell as a reproduction, print further copies, or use the image commercially.

If there is a problem

  • Please write first. Almost everything is solved faster by a message than by a dispute.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
