Art prints
Shipping & returns.
Every print is made after you order it and sent from the facility nearest you. Here is exactly what happens, and what I do if anything goes wrong.

How your print is made
- Every poster is printed when you order it, on archival matte paper, at 24 × 36 in.
- Nothing is warehoused and nothing is mass produced. Your print did not exist until you bought it.

Where it is printed
- Prints are produced at the facility closest to you: the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, Latvia, Japan, Australia or Brazil.
- A print bought in London is made in England, not shipped across the Atlantic.

How long it takes
- Two to five working days to print, then delivery time depending on where you are.
- Most orders arrive within two weeks.

Shipping
- Included in the price, worldwide. Nothing is added at checkout.
- Your print is shipped rolled in a protective tube.

Customs
- A few countries charge import duty on goods arriving from abroad. Where your print is made locally, this does not arise.
- Any duty charged is set by your own country, not by 7th ART.

If something is wrong
- If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or never arrives, email hello@7thartstudio.com within 30 days with a photo.
- It will be replaced at no cost to you, and you do not need to send the damaged one back.

Changing your mind
- Because each print is made for you after you order, prints are not returnable for change of mind.
- If there is a fault with the print, the section above applies.

What you are buying
- You are buying a finished print for your own wall or your own space. You are welcome to frame it, move it, give it away or resell that physical copy.
- The artwork itself stays mine. Buying a print does not include the right to reproduce it, print it again, sell copies, or use it in anything commercial.
